The Activity Tracker on my new Inspire 3 is not operating correctly. The device correctly tracks my 250 steps per hour activity but that info does not port completely/correctly when the device syncs with my iphone app.
For example, my Fitbit is set for 13 hours of daily activity, with 250 steps as an hourly goal. Yesterday, I completed 250 steps/hour for each of 13 hours in a row. The device Activity Tracker wheel lit to indicate each and all of the 13 hours. However, after syncing the device to my iphone, the phone app shows only 12 of the 13 hour goals. On other recent days only 10 or 11 hours activity were recorded on the phone app although the device had shown 13 hours of activity on the activity wheel.
Is this a device issue, or perhaps a bug with the activity feature, with syncing or even the phone app?
FYI My device recently updated to 63.200001.194.91

I sent a note to @FitbitSupport I’m in process of doing what they suggest below but thought I’d edit my post to share the info. Good luck
“We need to do a little troubleshooting first before we can identify what caused this issue. Please try to give your device a restart by following the steps here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. Then try to change when you receive reminders to move, change the hours or days of the week that you track your hourly activity goal (for example, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays). To do so, see: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1955.htm under "How do I set or change my Fitbit goals?". Then test your device tomorrow for a whole day. If the issue still persists after these steps, please share with me your Fitbit email address so I can better assist”

I tried the things Fitbit support suggested: restart my Inspire 3/device, reset the hours that I track my hourly activity goals, and then test the device for a full day. I’ve done these things several times with unequal outcomes. A couple of times activity info ported to the app correctly. I thought all was well only to see the following day’s info again not transfer completely. That prompted another test cycle. It’s been 4 or 5 days now and the app is missing data for today.
Try support’s suggest fix but be ready to contact them for further support.

Having the same issue for the past couple of days, exercise is not tracked in the app. Tried restarting my Fitbit Inspire3, restarted my iPhone, updated the Fitbit app to no avail.

Same here. So frustrating …inspire 2 was so much better than what I’ve seen to-date with Inspire 3.
