Inspire 3 Wont Sync with iPhone

I had the Inspire 2 for a few years and it worked flawlessly. However, the new Inspire 3 will not sync to my iPhone. It works on the first set up but then after a few days, it stops. It is unreasonable to have to forget the device and re-add it every few days. This product is useless.
