Hi, I just got an Inspire 3 recently and after a couple of days it started recoding more active zone minutes than I expected even if I didn’t exercise or went for a walk. It records a lot of random “moderate activities” with 1-2 active zone minutes. If I understand correctly my active zone minutes start from 115 but I can’t see that heart rate anywhere on the graph. For example, this morning it recorded an active zone minutes when I was sitting down at my desk but nowhere in the graph it shows more than 115 heart rate.

Hello @Gosiaz97 and welcome to the Community. Both graphs report their data over a five minute interval. Your one minute of data got smoothed out over the other four minutes where your heart rate was less than 115 bpm.
