I received an Inspire3 for Christmas, was using an older tracker before from Fitbit. At first the alarm worked fine but now it won’t vibrate. I’ve tried turning off sleep mode and do not disturb, restarted it, tried syncing right after setting an alarm. Any suggestions? It was randomly vibrating a few days ago and I turned off the gps, not sure if that would affect the alarm?

In settings, under ‘quiet modes’ check that ‘exercise focus’ is off (and make sure you aren’t tracking and activity). If that’s not it, an given that you’ve already tried restarting, and toggling DND and sleep mode, try removing it from your account in the fitbit app, and deleting any connection that is listed in your Bluetooth settings, and then adding it back as a new device.
