Inspire 3 alarms aren't working

I have the Insire 3 and the alarms won't work.  I searched all topics but everyrhing I saw was old.  Latest topic about it was about 6 months ago.  I have tried everything to no avail.  Is there a tried and true fix?  Is this just an ongoing issue with certain  Inspire 3s.  It worked in the beginning and then stopped.  No matter what I do they will not work at all.  Please help.

To better assist you, would you mind giving me a brief description of the issue? By "not working" what do you mean? Are the alarms not going off at the scheduled time? Is your Inspire 3 not letting you edit/change/delete alarms? 

Also, please let me know the steps you've tried so far.

Correct, alarms are not going off at scheduled time.  This is actually my daughters fitbit.  It hasn't been working for months.  I have just been waking her up everyday since.:(

@Jerrianna Thanks for getting back and the details provided. 

By any chance, does your daughter have smart wake enabled? If so, please note that this could be a reason why the alarms are not going off at the scheduled time. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

No she does not have smart awake on. The alarms do not go off at all.  What are the troubleshooting steps?  On the big thread I found the steps were listed as on the app, this was the case for  version 2, version 3 you can only set alarms on the phone.

My daughter does have the newest update but to no avail the alarms won't work 😞
