I am having an issue where sometimes my alarms don't go off and, as well, sometimes my text message notifications stop entirely.
I don't know what causes this issue, but it seems to possibly happen after charging. I would love to know why this is happening and how I can resolve the issue.

Check ‘quiet modes’ in settings on the Fitbit, and make sure that all of them (Do Not Disturb, Sleep Mode, and Exercise Focus) are off.

Hello! One of my alarms stopped working about a day or two ago (Inspire 3). I thought maybe I had the watch on too tight, or too loosely, or that maybe I slept through it. But the alarm doesn't even work if I set it while awake and watching it. It's a huge disappointment as I just got mine for myself about a week ago. I guess worst case I could go back to using my phone as an alarm, but that still leaves the watch / tracker not working 100% like it should. And it's not what I paid for. I hope they find a fix for it soon.
