Hi. I have an inspire 3 and gave my 9 Yr old one for her birthday today. How do I add hers to my account please.

@Fifi2302 only the Ace series of Fitbits are intended for children under 13 (16 in some European countries). This is due to laws relating to internet safety for minors. There's not a way to add a different device to a child account. Sorry...

I understand where you're coming from about this feature. In the meantime, please vote for the following idea posted in the Feature Suggestions board as this is the best way to bring them to our developers attention: Allow More Fitbit Devices than Ace to Family Account.
