Inspire. 3 and horrible app

I give up.  Latest version of app failed to connect to iPhone 8 Plus or new iPad or new iPhone 14.  Tired e erything suggested more than once.   Not the devices - they all connect to other Bluetooth accessories just fine.  It’s either the watch (which is less than a year old) or the new version of the app.   Either way I’ve wasted entirely enough time on this - just easier and cheaper ( my time is worth $$$) to go buy something that actually functions properly

Simonsmom,

I am so nervous... I had an Inspire 3 die and they sent me a percentage off, so I ordered another 3. But it hasn't been sent spent a good 45 mins chatting with someone. I have limited days to cancel and change my mind. There are so many trackers. I just don't know what to do. UGH!!! I don't want to break the bank, but I would like to have something. I just do basic health tracking and like the alerts of phone, calls, texts, etc. Can anyone suggest something different? Not an apple watch... I was looking at the amazfit and garmins, but garmins are up there in price.

Before I got the Inspire 3 (which lucky for me was free with my health insurance), I was using a $30 tracker from Amazon.  Can't remember if it did text/call alerts but it gave me the basic stats I wanted (exercise time, heartrate, steps.)  If/when my Fitbit dies, that's what I'll go back to since I can no longer get a free one from my health insurance.  I will admit the Fitbit is nicer, more comfortable, has more information but I don't use most of it.

I just tried pairing mine for the upteenth time and it finally did. But who cares, it is reporting exactly the same number of steps for every single day. I had 12k Sat, 8k Sun, and just under 5k today. Each day shows 4979 steps. It has functioned this way since Jan. Thanks Google.

My fit bit has not moved it has been on my desk for about 2 weeks and on my dashboard it says 2,000 something steps... I am not sure how this can be happening. My new one arrived today. After reading all these things I just don't know if I should keep it or send it back.

I would send it back if it was me - apparently app has been meetup for a few months and they seem to have very little interest in fixing it

Yup. Piece of trash product and app just made far worse courtesy of google. Done with all of it and living my new watch

Thanks for the information!!! I just got it today and haven't even opened the box.

I am guessing you got an apple watch? I will NOT be getting an Iphone...so I have to have something that is compatiable.
