Inspire 3 and iphone 8 - app doesn't show bpm on main page

Okay, I've tried everythng I can on the help section.

Problem: 

The "bpm" meter the one with the heart icon no longer shows the heart rate. The circular scale around the heart is active. If I scroll down to the "Heart" section on the app, I can see the pulse rate. The fitbit inspire three shows my heart rate if I swipe to it.

I have unpaired and re-paired the fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it doesn't show my pulse.

I don't know what else to try. The bpm is getting to the app, but just not displaying properly on the part of the display I want it. Can someone help me get this back? Thanks.

Known problem with latest app update.  Don't waste time trying to fix yourself.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I'm having the exact same problem and it's been almost two weeks. Did yours ever start working correctly? If there is a patch, they need to bring it!
