Inspire 3 appears to be charging but never the battery power doesn't increase

I have an inspire 3 that was charging perfectly until yesterday. Now when I connect the watch, the screen changes to blinking squares as though it was charging, yet after a few hours, the battery power has not increased. I have tried this more than once.

The watch itself is working fine but doesn't seem to increase charge and I would love to sort this out before its battery charge runs out.

I would recommend restarting your device while it's  on the charger to see if that resolves the charging issue first.

Then, if the device still isn't  charging after that, sync the device to download all the latest data and then perform a Factory Reset of the device.

If a Factory Reset doesn't fix the charging issue, then I suspect that the device can't be recovered.

Restarting the device fixed the issue. I thought I had done this yesterday but clearly not.

For anyone with the same problem, I did notice that the charge had not changed (up or down) from 49% during charging or after using it for several hours off charge. Not until I restarted the watch.
