Got a new inspire 3. No Apps are showing on my notifications list at all. Tried every single piece of trouble shooting. Even exchanged for a new one but same issue. Has anyone managed to resolve this. Thinking of leaving Fitbit after years of loving it

I'm not getting notifications either. Plus I get this weird msg "with special treatment " What does that mean? I've lived fitbit too. This is my 3rd one and have never had these issues

Let me share with you that at this moment we are experiencing an issue with the list of the app's notifications. As a troubleshooting step, please ensure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version which is 4.67.
@Girlcat1070 Related to your other question, in this section you can choose which app you want to use as default for text notifications. If you are experiencing another kind of notification issue please check the help article.

I assume that version 4.66.1 is the same as 4.67? Bc 4.66.1 is the version I have on my phone and Google play says there are no available updates.

I also returned my new one and got a different one but still nothing. Ive done all the troubleshooting steps several times and just did them again following the help page you sent. As I mentioned the app version is 4.66.1 which i assume is the 4.67 you mentioned. I love everything about my inspire but I really need this feature to work. Wildly that feature works great on my old Alta but I'm having charging issues with that one which is why I upgraded. I dont like any of the bigger fitbits. So if I have to return this one I will have to look at other brands.

I understand your concern just please keep in mind that our team is still working on a fix. We will appreciate your patience while this is resolved.
Regarding the version of your Fitbit app, since you mentioned that the one you have is the 4.66.1 and the latest one is the 4.67, I will recommend you to check the requirements as the Android / OS Version on your phone. The Fitbit app needs an Android 11 or higher / Apple iOS 16.4 or higher.

Issue still remains and I updated yesterday with 4.68. Patience is wearing extremely thin as still missing important messages and urgent emails.
