I got an Inspire 3 a couple weeks ago, and the autowake when I raise my wrist has stopped working. Yes, the autowake is turned on. No, it's not in sleep or DND mode. I have tried resetting the watch and changing the clock face based on other responses to this issue. I have not been able to find troubleshooting suggestions beyond this. Please help.

Hi, @Jachyra , I know I will sound patronising if I tell you that for some people the raise and flick of the wrist to turn on auto wake is a bit of a knack and can take time to get it consist.
But I am quessing from your post that it used to work, and now doesn.t. In that case I am guessing that it got stuck in the wrong mode. In the first instance I would definitely recommend giving your Fitbit a restart . Instructions here . That is always a good, first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit is not behaving as expected.
However I would also recommend checking the settings on your Fitbit device. Make sure “Screen Wake” is turned on. If it is turned on and still isn’t working, please try turning it on, waiting a moment and then testing again.
Let us know if it still isn’t responding to your wrist movements.
