Inspire three, just received it last week, band popped off and won't stay attached, looks like the holding pin receiver on the watch is ripped out. Is this repairable, or do I need to return it?

Hi, @fifedrum, welcome to the community. Repair is not an option as far as I'm aware. You may be covered by Fitbit's Limited Warranty depending on where you are and who you bought it from. Note that Accidental damage is excluded. If you want to go down the warranty path, you should contact "Customer Support", work through steps one & two, then use the contact us link on the phone or chat.

maybe try replacing the band or cleaning it because it is very dirty
