Hi @Djurjevic see page 17 of the user manual for directions. If you bought it from a third party retailer and it's not authentic Fitbit, chances are it won't be the same. Some generic bands work, but not all.

It takes a little wiggling and finagling to get a band and the pin to line up with the holes. I switched out the 3 OEM band with the OEM band from an Inspire 1. It slipped out a few times, but if you push the band where the pin goes through into the device, you will get lucky and the pin should line up. Pull on the band to ensure it is set properly, and you will be good to go.
