I purchased and activated my Fitbit inspire 3 on 28 October 2024. Battery life doesnt last longer than 1 day. Update requests sent every 45 minutes and freezes the screen.

Hi there, @Theavzyl. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Inspire 3 is draining quickly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please keep in mind that using features such as always-on display and GPS require more frequent charging.
We recommend that you use the charging cable that came with your device. Note that after several hundred charge cycles, your device may need to be charged more often. If you turn on the always-on display, your Inspire 3 will have a battery life of up to 3 days. For more information, see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

From day one, since it first charged to 100% with the charger that came in the box the device does not last longer than 1 day. If I wear it at night to track my sleep the battery doesnt last until morning. I discussed this with a sales rep at John Lewis London and he explained that the device should definately last longer than this. I have only had the device for 2 months. I was instructed to contact customer support regarding accessing the warrantee. I bought the device from Cape Town International Airport on 28 October 2024.
I emailed the store and was told to report the issue with Fitbit customer service. This community portal seems to be the only place where I am able to report the faulty device. Any advice on how we can go about accessing the warrantee to fix or replace it would be greatly appreciated. My brother bought his inspire 3 in November 2024 and his battery life last 8 days.
