Tried restarting Inspire 3 several times in a row. Checked time is set to automatic in app and London time. Also checked in log in online. Nothing seems to work. Logged out of app and updated app. Charged the inspire 3 and tried to pair again. Unable to pair again. Just gets stuck in a loop.

Hi, @SunsetRunner welcome to the community, try turning off "Automatic Time Zone", and select the time zone as (GMT+01)London, switch off automatic location.
If this fails go to the online dashboard settings icon in the top right (gear wheel)>settings>ensure the language & time zone settings are correct, sync your phone app.
