Inspire 3 blank screen

My Inspire 3’s screen is showing up as totally black but with some colorful lines. I’m able to scroll on the screen and pressing the side buttons does make it react, but I can’t read anything on the screen. It’s like I’m only able to see a tiny fraction of what is normally visible. Anyone else have a similar issue??

Hi there, @wtboyle. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 3.

Please restart your Inspire 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
