Inspire 3 - can't get auto track exercise to stop!

I want to manually start and stop my exercise. On the fitbit app on my phone, I have auto track turned off for ALL types of exercise. Yet during my exercise, it shows auto track starting on my watch. When I end my exercise, I have started taking a screen shot of my stats, because the auto track that is turned off, overrides and replaces my exercise with a very inaccurate replacement. Please make it stop.

Hi, @cccoach, in addition to the auto-track settings in the Fitbit app on your phone, exercises such as running have an auto-start and auto-pause slider on the Inspire 3. Check your device & turn these off.
