I have had my Inspire 3 less than a week. I charged it out of the box, no problem. I decided to charge it today while I was taking a shower, even though it wasn't that low. But now it says 0% charge while it's plugged into the charger and supposedly being charged. The phone app reports its charge as medium. Do I believe the Inspire 3 screen or the phone app? How could the device be drained of all its charge?

I did contact support. Restarting the device seemed to solve my problem, in case anyone else has the same problem.
