My brand new Inspire 3 charger won’t stay connected. It looks like it’s connected but when I let go it pops off.

Hi, @AlaskaLaura, welcome to the community, the Inspire 3 charging cable is not reversible, you should check the two spring-loaded pins in the charge cable puck are aligned with the 4 contacts, locate the little plastic horn next to the pins into the pebble aperture and push the charging puck onto the Inspire 3 pebble, you will hear a click and find it is firmly fitted (as demonstrated in this video at 3.41). It is not held in place by magnets like some other Fitbit devices. To remove the charging cable you need to give it a firm tug.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

It is lined up correctly but won’t stay snapped on. It’s like the plastic horn is straight and the back of my Fitbit is curved. It does not snap into place not matter what I do.

It worked after some finagling when I first got it. But now it won’t. Both my husband and I have tried everything. Even a rubber-band. 😂

Hi, @AlaskaLaura, thanks for the feedback, I think your best way forward is to talk to "Customer Support" using the phone or chat facility for prompt attention. Make a note of the steps you have taken & the results along with the date you bought your device and the seller. This will allow the agent to deal with your issue quickly.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
