Hello, is anybody else having problems attaching their Inspire 3 charger? Mine just pops out!
Has anybody found a solution?

Hi, @micksh39 , thanks for the feedback, you will have noted the distinct "Click" as the charging puck engages with the Inspire 3. If this is not happening check the charging cable is the original received when you bought the device (it has "Inspire 3" on the USB connector end) and the two horns on the puck that fit into the Inspire 3 are undamaged.
Allowing this to be the case the charging cable is covered by Fitbit's return and warranty policy, if you still have the benefit of this policy contact "Customer Support" online or via the help section in the Fitbit app on your phone. The agent will need to know where you are, when and from whom you bought it.

I can confirm that the charger is the one that was in the box when I bought it only two days ago. However, there is no 'Inspire 3' on the USB connector end!
I am having a new charger sent out.
