Inspire 3 charger won't stay connected

I have a new Inspire 3. Charged it and setup fine. After a week or so went the recharge the unit.  But, the charger won't stay connected to the unit. I hear the click but when I let go it disconnects.

I contacted customer service and received a replacement, but the same issue occurred after the second charge.  A friend has the same unit and has the same issue.  So, that's 3 new Inspire 3's with the same issue.

I think there may be a design issue.

Ant ideas?

@William_Paul -- I've not experienced that, other than when I put on backwards. To ensure you've got it on the correct direction, check that you feel a vibration as you attach the charger. It may help to help to hook in one side of the tracker and then the other.

If you continue to have problems, contact customer support again to replace the whole thing.

I just received mine today and I'm having the same problem.  I know I'm attaching it correctly but it feels like the charger and fitbit repel against each other and they don't click in place.  For now I'm putting an elastic around them to keep them together.
