Some Inspire 3 clock faces don’t let full number of steps appear after 10.000 steps — just a line of letters or symbols
Could it be possible to correct this ?

Hi, @Alex_0 welcome to the community, try changing the clock face to another again (choose another) and restart your Inspire 3.

Hi, @Alex_0, may I suggest you check you are running the latest version of the app. If your problem persists I think your best way forward is to talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Before making your call note the steps you've taken (clock faces used) and the results. Make a note of when & where you bought your Fitbit.
