Hi,
I recently updated my fitbit and the clock face design I had has stopped working. Before the update, it had coloured lines on the screen but now it just displays the date and time. I have tried choosing a new clock face and going back to my favourite one but it doesn’t seem to do anything. Anybody got any suggestions?

Hi there, @elishamjones. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is only showing the date and time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
It sounds like you have enabled the always-on display feature. This feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats.To turn it off, please follow the steps below:

I’ve followed your steps but its still not working. Other clock faces in the settings are working fine, its just the Starlight design that won’t and unfortunately this is my favourite one. I’ve tried resetting the device as well but no luck 😞
