Inspire 3 clock gallery not allowing all to install

I just got an Inspire 3. When I go to the Clock Gallery in the app, I can install 80% of them except, of course, the ones I want. When I click the link for more info it tells me either the app or watch aren't updated. The app is on the newest version. I restarted the watch to make sure there weren't any updates I missed but none were triggered. Any ideas?

The two I want are Juxtaposed and Bifrost, but I get the same result also with Brisk and Glimpse.

Thank you for reporting this situation and your efforts.

I suggest you to try to follow these steps in order to try to update your Inspire 3 again: 

  1. With your charged Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the Today tab > Devices icon > the Inspire 3 image.
  3. Tap the pink Update button. This option only appears if an update is available.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and keep the device close to your phone, tablet, or computer during the update. After you start the update, a progress bar appears on your device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.
