Inspire 3 didn't track my sleep data

I just got my Inspire 3 and it seems to be a dud of a product. It did not record my sleep the last two nights. Can we have the Fitbit 1 back? That item was great and these latest ones are subpar.

Hello there, @WYmom. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Inspire 3.

Since you just got the Inspire 3
, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

That is BS-there is no reason for it not to register that I slept. It
is shoddy work on the part of Fitbit.

According to Inspire 3 I don't sleep every night. Last night I went to be and fell asleep but the crappy Inspire 3 says differently. BRING BACK THE FITBIT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't find a thumbs down since you didn't provide anything of merit.

Hi @WYmom have you tried getting with customer support about the sleep issue? Pretty sure they won't be bringing back the One, although it seemed to be much loved by those who had them. Customer support is there to help us with problems. I have had the Inspire 3 for eight days now and it's been recording my sleep just fine.

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
