My device has not tracked my sleep data for nearly a week. How can this be corrected?

Sorry to say that not getting Sleep Stages is probably a device FW or app SW issue that will need to be addressed with a FW and/or SW update to resolve the issue.
I almost always get sleep stages and my wife never does, even if we wear exactly the same Inspire 3 device, so the Sleep algorithm clearly works more reliably for some people than it does for other people.

@MarreFitbit, yes, my wife has tried all the different suggestions and she has always relied upon the Inspire 3 to automatically determine when sleep starts. Her device works just fine when I wear it, so I have no idea why that is happening.
I should add that my wife's HR curve is continuous day and night, so the device is having no problem measuring her heart rate.
