Inspire 3 display is not working

Hi, my Inspire 3 display doesn’t work. Still sync with mobile phone. I restarted it: logo shows for 2 seconds but nothing happens after. Have had it for a year.

any ideas how to fix it?

If you had the Inspire 3 for less than a year, you can call Customer Service and request a Return Material Autorization (RMA) number and they can tell you how to return it for a replacement under the Factory 1-year warranty.

My is not even showing a display on my Fitbit I feel vibrations of the notifications

I am having the same problem. Display stopped working completely for about a month. Still syncs and vibrates. Display randomly started working after being plugged in a few days ago. Worked for about two days and is back to the black screen. Something seems to be wrong with the display. I have tried plugging in and unplugging, holding buttons for long time, holding buttons while plugging in, etc. Nothing seems to fix it. I have also had mine about a year.

If you place your devices into the charging cradles, allow them to charge for a couple of hours, and then press/hold the side buttons for at least 10 seconds, that will perform a Factory Reset of the device.

If your devices don't show a Fitbit logo and a message to download the app after doing that, then they are defective.

If the device does show a Fitbit logo and a message to download the app, then the device is presumably good and you will have to uninstall the app, restart your phone, reinstall the app, and then complete the device setup again.

Edit: I contacted them and since it was less than a year that I got it they sent me a brand new one too 😊
