My inspire 3 doesn’t record my sleep data.

Mine also quit recording my sleep a week ago. I restarted my Fitbit and it still won’t record sleep. This is one of the main things I track too.

Thank you for sharing the details regarding this inconvenience with sleep. Thanks for trying to fix it by your own.
Please, in the quick settings make sure that your Inspire 3 is on wrist mode and not on clip mode. To change the setting just tap on it.
There are some factors that may prevent your tracker from recording your sleep. Please make sure of the following:
If you haven't done so already, please try to complete a restart procedure following the steps listed here.
In addition, please wear your device on your non-dominant hand and monitor it for the next few days.

Same problem. I bought the Fitbit specifically to track sleep and it worked perfectly for about a month, then sporadically for another month and a half, then not at all. Looks like the 02 tracker is going down that same road.

My Fitbit stopped recording my sleep on the day that it upgraded to 4.0. I use it only for sleep as I wear an Apple Watch during the day. This is very frustrating. I have tried rebooting it, removing the app and re-installing it, shutting off Bluetooth and restarting it, etc. nothing has worked. It is a fault with the new so-called “upgrade”.

Same problem plus it also wouldn’t sync with the app. I spent close to 45 minutes on the “chat” function trying to get my Inspire 3 straightened out. Same steps over & over; no success. Finally tossed it. Hope the raccoons that find it at the dump have better luck.
