Best AnswerSame problem. I bought the Fitbit specifically to track sleep and it worked perfectly for about a month, then sporadically for another month and a half, then not at all. Looks like the 02 tracker is going down that same road.
My Fitbit stopped recording my sleep on the day that it upgraded to 4.0. I use it only for sleep as I wear an Apple Watch during the day. This is very frustrating. I have tried rebooting it, removing the app and re-installing it, shutting off Bluetooth and restarting it, etc. nothing has worked. It is a fault with the new so-called “upgrade”.
Same problem plus it also wouldn’t sync with the app. I spent close to 45 minutes on the “chat” function trying to get my Inspire 3 straightened out. Same steps over & over; no success. Finally tossed it. Hope the raccoons that find it at the dump have better luck.
