Hello, I got an inspire 3 yesterday and it will not show me text notifications it does calls. I’ll even the weather app, but not the text. I read all the troubleshooting. I’ve paired unpaired deleted user data started over from top to bottom toggled on toggled off, and I don’t really know what to do at this point to get it to acknowledge the text notifications. I’m sure it’s something simple that I’m just missing

I am having the same issue!! I have restarted and updated etc just like she did. all notifications are on both the device and phone. uuuggghhhh!!!! and, I can't see the thread on how the last person fixed this issue 😞 please help.
also the website not app have a "chat" button that actually works to chat and discuss other than this forum and I cant even tell how long it took me to find thispage
