Inspire 3 doesn’t sync with anymore

I have tried everything, reinstalling the app, turning my iPhone on and off, disconnecting from Bluetooth. It’s been over a week and he hasn’t synced.

This should work:

  • Uninstall the app
  • Restart phone
  • Perform Factory Reset of device (blanks screen and then displays Fitbit logo, with message to install app)
  • Reinstall app
  • Set up device again
