I go to ‘exercise,’ I chose ‘workout,’ I press ‘start.’ During my workout when I look at my watch, it shows me my heart rate. At the end of my session, I press ‘pause’ and then ‘finish.’ I’m shown the metrics for my session. All good so far. However, when I check the app several hours later, both on my iPhone and iPad, the walking I did later in the day has been autorecognised and added to Exercise, but the workout that I specifically recorded has not. But if I look in the Active Zone Minutes, there the workout is. What is wrong?

@KTE65 , Welcome to the community! Thank you for your message .
It appears that you have MobileTrack on
This feature uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those of the Inspire 3.
In the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (top left corner).
There you will see the devices linked to your account.
If you see the Mobile Device Active option, tap it and remove it from the account.
