Inspire 3 firmware version stuck on 63.20001.214.24

My Inspire 3 firmware version is stuck on 63.20001.214.24.

I'm getting the impression the firmware version is the last 5 digits. If so, why doesn't anyone just say that??? I've wasted hours trying to get this thing to update. 

In the meantime I'm working on getting the map which I have never gotten to work, and "Floors" on the app but not on the Fitbit. 

Spending too much time at the computer trying to get this thing to work - I need to take a walk....

@rered   There is a firmware update that is rolling out to all current models.  It is v 220.21.  If you haven't seen an Update Tracker notice, be patient.  It can take a couple weeks for it to be available to all users.

Please review this Help article for all the settings.  How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?   The Inspire 3 uses connected GPS.  Verify that you have the correct phone settings and the settings that are in the Inspire 3 Exercise app.

The Inspire 3 doesn't have an altimeter, a small piece of hardware.  It doesn't count floors.  Please turn "Floors" off in the app.

So my firmware will go from 63 to 220?

@rered   I'm sorry that I didn't fully answer your question.  The 63 is the device ID number for the Inspire 3.  I use a Sense 2 and my full version is 60.200001.214.24.  I don't have a clue about the '200001' in the middle.  You version number will end in 220.21.
