I have been trying to sign-up for my free 6 month premium. It keeps saying my password is incorrect even though it is.

@CharlaT Hello! Can you provide more details? Are you trying to login to the Fitbit app? Or did it reroute you to the Google Play store or Apple Store?
When you sign up for Premium (even the free trial), it will open up your phone’s subscription settings to confirm the free trial so you may need your password for your phone’s App Store.
