Inspire 3 frozen screen

My inspire 3 is frozen on the time only, it will not respond to scrolling or tapping. I am getting my info from my app. I’ve only had it about 6 months

Hi there, @Kadart. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 3. I understand where your worry comes from. 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
