Inspire 3 frozen screen

I got an inspire 3 in September as an update from 2. In the 3 months I've had it the screen has frozen with the light staying on which causes battery to drain quickly at least 5 times. I can plug it in and do a reset but that's not a good answer

Thank you so much for reporting this situation and for all your efforts.

Have you tried to restart your Inspire 3 with the charging cable?

If not please try to do the following: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. 
  2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  3. Release the buttons. The tracker has restarted when it vibrates and the Fitbit logo shows up.

Did you check in the Fitbit app if your Inspire 3 needs an update?

I suggest you change the clock face too.
