Inspire 3 has developed lines across the screen

  • I got this device for my mom for Christmas, barely six months ago. The screen is only showing colored lines. Seems to scroll up and down, but can only see a few colored lines. I've restarted it and the phone. I've updated the App and phone and nothing. Please help!

Hi @Wiwis - I'm guessing you tried restarting by connecting to the charging cable, pressing and holding the buttons for 10 seconds? Did it vibrate after you did that? Next step for a successful restart would be for it to try and display the fitbit logo. If that resolve the issue you should contact support. Live Chat seems to be the quickest. If they can't resolve, it sounds like you are within the warranty period.
