I got my inspire 3 last year in December and now it isn’t working. It isn’t responsive. The only thing it does is show lines and still sounds my alarms?? Pls help

Hi, @Preppygurl! You can try a restart, since it's obviously on. I don't know if I would recommend performing a factory restart yet, I'd probably suggest contacting support first, since a reset will also remove it from your account.
