Inspire 3 has gone dead after 15 months of usage.

The screen is dead, the data isn't synching. The screen comes on and shows the amount of charge just when the charger is plugged in but immediately after taking the band off charge, the tracker goes dead again.

Hi, @VikramMoses, welcome to the community, try to restart it. There is always the possibility that your battery has degraded, this is a function of charge/discharge cycles though after 15 months it's not something I would expect. Try changing the clock face in the Fitbit app on your phone, this sometimes has a positive result.

If these steps do not work talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Before you contact the agent it's a good idea to note the steps you've taken & the results so you can brief them clearly.
