My fitbit Inspire 3 has stopped counting steps even after a re-set with Customer Tech support?   How do I get them back?

What data do you see on the Fitbit app after syncing the Inspire 3?

If you see the steps there, try changing the clock face on the tracker. How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Does everything else get sync with the Fitbit app, floors, calories, distance, etc?
