Inspire 3 health metrics

Since mid December 2024, I have not been getting all the health metrics: resting heart rate, oxygen saturation, breathing and heart rate variability are all missing with skin temperature being the only thing available. 

any ideas?

I am on version 20001.210.26.

Are you getting sleep stages (Awake, REM, Light, Deep)?  Those Heart Metrics won't be returned unless the sleep stages can be determined and returned as well.

Fitbit used to give that to me, but around the same time, sleep was categorised into Awake, restless or asleep. See last night’s data: (an early start to the day)

Was the Inspire 3 firmware updated to 210.26 in mid-December of 2024 also?  If so, that may help to explain why you stopped getting sleep stages then as well.

The 210.26 device firmware implemented a new heart rate measurement algorithm that reportedly measures heart rate more accurately, but doing that also appears to make measuring Heart Rate Variance much less reliable if one has any sort of heart arrhythmia, and a good HRV measurement is required to get sleep stages.

My wife has frequent Premature Atrial Contractions (a type of heart arrhythmia) and she has rarely gotten Sleep Stages and most of the Heart Metrics returned since her device was upgraded to the latest 210.26 firmware.  I keep hoping that Google will do something to resolve that HRV measurement issue, but that hasn't happened yet.

Oh dear, that sounds way more critically important than my info gathering! Let’s hope google fixes it soon. 

I seem to recall that both happened together but with the many distractions of the summer and Christmas holidays, my memory is a bit blurry re Fitbit. But now I want it back. What can we do to raise the issue with Fitbit? Is this it?

It would be worth the effort for you to contact Customer Service to see if they can help to fix the issue, because not getting sleep stages and heart metrics returned can be caused by a few things.

Thanks for your help and encouragement! I got help from customer service. We reset the Fitbit and voila! Next day, all info was back
