Inspire 3: heart rate and sleep detail not captured

I’ve got a new inspire 3. In the last week or so it’s stopped recording (or at least displaying) any heart rate data or detailed sleep data (I’m just seeing simple sleep data). Step count still working fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

Hi, @Funnypeculiar , these issues are connected.  If your Fitbit is not consistently detecting your heart rate you will only get simple sleep data.

Are the green lights on the back of your Inspire 3 flashing?

Have you checked to see if the heart rate setting has been turned off? To check this, from the clock screen on your Inspire 3 swipe down until you come to the settings menu.  Tap to open and then swipe up to check whether the heart rate setting is off.  If it is off, tap to toggle it on again.  If it is set to on, but the green lights are not flashing, please tap to turn off the heart rate, wait a moment and then tap to turn it on again.  Check to see if the green lights start to flash again.

If is also worth giving your Inspire 3 a restart .
