My heart rate shown on the inspire 3 has been very low lately  compared to what I used to be.  Mine currently reads 66bpm but when I put my wife's inspire 3 on at the same time hers registers as 76.

 

My Fitbit is consistently 10 bpm lower than my son's as well.  Can I send it in for repairs?

My brand new inspire 3 showed my HR at 130 at one point while my pulse oximeter showed my HR as 78. The HR on my new Inspire was all over the map and only seldom the same as the pulse ox. Support wasn't helpful. I did all the steps many times. Nothing worked. It had a mind of it's own. I have no idea what to try next. I had the same problem with two charge 5s.
