I just changed from the Inspire HR to the 3 and the heart rate is extremely inaccurate on the 3 compared to the HR. How do I fix this? Adjusting it on my wrist doesn’t help and constantly having to reset it only works for a brief period.
Note: I’m comparing it to finger sensors, both at home and at the hospital.
Edit: it’s 10+ beats too low at rest and 30+ beats too low when moving (e.g. from one room to another).
Edit 2: I contacted support and was told not to compare the readings to other devices. That is a poor response, especially when you’re buying something to monitor a health issue. How is anyone supposed to tell if the device is accurate enough for their needs if they don’t compare it to a device known to work?
