Inspire 3 heart rate only tracking 5 minute averages instead of minute-by-minute

I bought the Inspire 3 to help track my heart rate. I was hoping to keep track of when my heart rate spikes and how high it gets (it’s suspected that I have SVT). These “episodes” may last a few minutes, but are generally a minute or less. The only heart rate data I can find are based on 5-minute heart rate averages which does not allow me to accurately track these episodes. Is there any way for me to see minute-by-minute heart rate data? Even maximum heart rate tracking every now and then would be very helpful so I can see how high my heart rate gets and approximately when it happens.

Hello @Katrina8 and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but the information you want isn't available from a Fitbit.  Please ask your health care professional for an approved way of monitoring.
