My inspire 3 doesn't want to consistently measure my bpm. The green sensor light will come on for a second before turning off again. I have tried restarting it unconnecting and reconnecting to the app turning the heart rate monitor opinion on and off and im still having the issue. Also im not sure if its important but for the breif period when the sensor is working the time on my Fitbit is blue than when it stops working it goes to a diry translucent red.
