I've recently replaced my 4 year-old Inspire HR with an Inspire 3 and find that during my regular moderate walks it is recording my heart rate spiking to around 185 bpm for anywhere from a few minutes to 20+ minutes. This is during a moderate walk when my heart rate is normally around 105 bpm. My heart rate is definitely not that fast; the Inspire 3 is mis-reading my heart rate. I've fitting the band tighter or looser and ensured that the Inspire is sitting firmly on my wrist with no gap.
This only happens during walks. Other exercise (boot camp, bike ride, etc) does not have the same spike.
This never happened with my old Inspire HR.
Any ideas?
