Inspire 3 help needed!

My fitbit will not light up or track my sleep and heart rate. When I charge it, the device vibrates softly but does not light up no matter how long it's plugged in. It will track my steps but that's it. I am unable to press the sides to light it up or change the clock face or update anything.

Hi, @Lisalas , are you saying that the screen on your Inspire 3 is black although it appears to be still tracking your steps and gathering data?

I would recommend giving the Fitbit a restart as a first step.  The instructions for a restart are here .  That may solve the problem immediately, but if not then you should try changing the clock face.  You do not need the screen on your Fitbit to do this.  Changing the clock face is done in the app. Please follow these instructions to change the clock face and be sure to sync your Fitbit once you have made the change.  You may also need to give your Fitbit another restart.

Please let us know if the combination of restart and clock face change fixes this issue for you.
