I’m new to Fitbit, and can only seem to log walking or aerobics. I’ve searched for an answer to no avail. Can someone pls help? Thx.

Hello @SweetSpire and welcome to the Community. Your Inspire 3 has an Exercise app on the device. It lets you track a number of different exercises in detail. Yoga, Pilates, and Weights are three of the many available shortcuts. The Exercise and Heart Health section of the Inspire 3 manual has more details. I don't use an Inspire 3, but you might get more help by tapping on your devices icon in the upper left of your mobile app dashboard, then tap on your Inspire 3 tile. Tap on the pink How To Use option and look for additional details there.

Thank you. I did manage to add the new exercise categories on the inspire 3 (rather unintuitive interface). But the new categories are not selectable in the app when I want to add an exercise. App Developers, take note.

@SweetSpire You should use the Exercise app to track your activity as you are doing it. You should only use the green "+" sign > manually log activity if you aren't wearing your Fitbit at the time. Help article Your Fitbit uses your heart rate to estimate calorie burn when you use the Exercise app. When you manually log an activity (after you are done), Fitbit uses an activity database to estimate your calories burn. It overwrites the actual data with estimated data.
