Hi,
I just recently got my inspire three. At first, everything was working fine and an English and then I did a device firmware update. Now, the device is in Chinese, but my dashboard on the online Fitbit page as well as my Fitbit app on my phone are in English. I have tried doing a restart of the device a few times and I’ve tried syncing it multiple times. I also made sure that my language and country were changed to Canada and that it was not trying to auto detect my location. Still the device is in Chinese And I want to switch it to English. Any ideas?

@SunsetRunner , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
Please on the online Dashboard (fitbit.com) go to your settings (upper right corner, gear icon)
Under personal settings search for Language by region. and make sure you have selected English/ (English speaking country, eg Canada)
Scroll down and save your changes.
Open the Fitbit app and sync your Inspire 3.
This should change it to English
